COURSE PROGRAM
In business, difficult interactions are inevitable - but the ability to handle them with confidence and skill can make a great difference to the end result. These conversations may relate to managing the performance of team members, discussing inappropriate workplace behaviour or talking about sensitive topics to work colleagues, family and friends.
This course will assist you to recognise why difficult interactions occur, how to handle them, and preventative measures to diffuse them. Learn the "rules" of emotion management, and how to address typical responses to difficult situations. This course also provides opportunities to prepare and deliver a successful conversation using a conversation planner.
