 Can you provide evidence that you have:

• planned and organised at least two (2) assessment processes?
  (eg assessment plans, flow charts, learning and assessment strategies)

• contextualised assessment processes to meet the needs of a specific
  learner group or organisation? (eg assessment plans, learning and assessment strategies, samples of contextualised assessment tools)

• applied a range of different assessment methods and simple tools to
  assess competence in a VET context? (eg completed samples of
  simple assessment tools, assessment feedback)

• conducted at least one (1) full Recognition pathway assessment for a qualification, Skill Set or a group of units of competence?

 Can you provide evidence that you have:

• actively participated in a minimum of two (2) validation meetings? (eg validation meeting minutes, letter of confirmation from RTO or workplace)

• liaised and collaborated with others for the purpose of validation and feedback on validation? (eg validation meeting minutes, action plans, emails)

• contributed to validation findings? (eg validation meeting minutes, action plans, emails, revised assessment tools or processes)

 Can you provide evidence that you have:

• planned, organised and delivered at least two (2) consecutive training sessions of 40-60 minutes that are part of a full learning program?

• planned, organised and delivered group based delivery for learner groups with different needs and characteristics? (eg session plans, learning strategies, client consultation notes, evaluations)

• addressed learning issues such as LLN or other barriers to learning?

 Can you provide evidence that you have:

• used national Training Packages to identify and customise the selection of units of competence to meet the needs of a client group on a minimum of
  two (2) occasions? (eg training plans, learning and assessment strategies, consultation notes, emails)

• Used national units of competence or accredited courses to develop a learning program and simple assessment tools?

 Can you provide evidence that you have:

• developed at least two (2) work based learning pathways? (eg client consultation notes, needs analysis, learning strategies, traineeship plans)

• delivered a minimum of two (2) training sessions in the workplace for individuals or small groups? (eg training records, session plans, feedback forms, attendance sheets, internal training records)

Can you provide evidence that you have:

• prepared and developed at least two (2) different learning programs within
  a VET context that cover at least one full unit of competence or accredited course module? (eg program plans, learner workbooks, learning activities, facilitator guides, resource lists, learning and assessment strategies)

• designed and developed learning programs to meet the needs
  of different learner groups? (eg program plans, learner workbooks,

• participated in VET related networks, attended seminars and workshops to maintain professional development as a VET practitioner? (eg diary entries, attendance certificates, receipts, memberships, subscriptions)

• participated in industry specific (the industry you work in) related networks, attended seminars and workshops to maintain professional development as a VET practitioner? (eg diary entries, attendance certificates, receipts, memberships, subscriptions)
